StaticBackup provides the various version of the same email client backup utility configured to use with the following emails clients which includes Windows Mail, Live Mail, Outlook, Outlook Express, IncrediMail, Thunderbird, Becky, Eudora.
They offer the free version of this utility for all the above mentioned emails clients which has less features but works perfectly. I have just tried Static Windows Mails Backup Utility which back up and restored all the windows mail registry entries, pre configured accounts, settings, accounts etc.
This small utility would be the best if you want to migrate your account settings in outlook or in any other mail client from one computer to another computer.
